 I believe this is in Germany. The pool was made from a barge, and floats on a river that is too polluted to swim in. It's called Badeschiff. Nifty, huh?

jep it's in berlin and the river's called spree. it's an art project and in winter it's the winterbadeschiff with a roof made from wood and pvc :)
