Your dream house?

What if this was your back porch? Would it be worth climbing up those stairs to get there? I wonder, how would it feel to live here? I guess you wouldn't have to worry too much about a home invasion, would you? How about this island home? Is it high enough to withstand a tsumami? Or, maybe you'd prefer something more like this? It looks pretty sheltered!
