What is this guy doing? It's called "free running" and no, he's not a stuntman and no this isn't photoshopped or stills from an action movie. Free runners see their environment, which is typically urban, as a giant obstacle course waiting to be surmounted. You can read about it and watch it in action at the Smithsonian Magazine.

Sun Dogs and Halos

My friend, Bob, over at Black Holes and Astrostuff posted some great pictures of sun dogs and halos.
