It's Bad Hair Day!

Interesting huh? I especially like the one sticking straight up. Here we have "The Thinker." I don't quite know what to say about this... Really really long hair... wow! How do you keep up with that? Clearly this is a wig, but why? Ah... the young Friar Tuck with a twinkle in his eye. This scares me! Alot! Here's how you might cover up your antennae, while visiting planet earth. Yikes!

World's Largest Treehouse

Located on the grounds of Alnwick Gardens just 95 miles south of Edinburgh (and next to the Alnwick Castle, the very one used in the Harry Potter films), this 6,000-square-foot tree house soars 56 feet above the ground and is connected with 4,000-square-feet of suspended walkways. It has a restaurant that seats 120 people as well as classrooms, cafes, turrets, wobbly bridges, and imported wood from all over the world. Oh, and it cost $7 million. Pretty cool, huh?

Here's what the artist has to say: "I was born in London, England on October 26 1958, the youngest of four and much to my parent’s surprise, I was born a dog. This unfortunate turn of events was soon accepted within my family and was never again mentioned in the presence of polite company. I was a rambunctious youth as was natural to my breed but showed a fine interest in the arts as I drew pictures incessantly on anything including the walls and floors of every room of our tiny house. After some trouble with intolerant neighbors, my family was convinced to move to Canada... "

World's Largest Flower

The Titan arum is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, flowers in the world. It only blooms every several years or so in the wilds of Indonesia, if I'm not mistaken, and very rarely in captivity. At the University of Wisconsin at Madison, it has bloomed at least three times in the last several years. When it blooms, it gives off a horrific stench, like a cross between rotting flesh and burnt sugar.
